User Direction :
1. Make sure concrete surface must be structurally sound, cleans free from loose concrete, dirt, form oils or other chemical form oils or other chemical contaminants
2. Mix the skim coat with clean water in a plastic container with ratio of 1kg : 300ml. Mix thoroughly until the mixture becomes free from any lumps.
3. Prepare the surface by removing dirt. Damp the surface.
4. Apply the skim coat using hand trowel and let it dry.
5. To increase thickness of fortress skim coat apply the second coat.
6. After curing time of 24 hour surface can be sanded for a flatter, even surface.
