Online Vouchers

• Vouchers are only valid for purchases made on Kiong Joung Hardware Sdn Bhd online store website.
• Each voucher is applicable for a single transaction.
• Voucher codes are to be entered at the checkout or cart page.
• Vouchers are not valid for promotions, discounted products, and shipping fees.
• Customers should take note of the expiry dates of the voucher(s) that they wish to redeem. Any voucher(s) which have expired will be invalid.
• Kiong Joung Hardware Sdn. Bhd. vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.
• This voucher can only be used and redeemed by registered customer who has already login to their account during purchase.

Purchase With Purchase (PWP)

• All PWP promotions on the website apply to selected products as per Kiong Joung Hardware Sdn Bhd PWP promotion banners.
• In order to be eligible for a PWP, a customer’s basket value must be above the minimum spending after all vouchers have been applied.
• All PWP products purchased on Kiong Joung Hardware Sdn Bhd are non-refundable.
• Any PWP promotion on the website will only be valid during its respective promotion period as stated on the PWP promotion banners.

Gift With Purchase (GWP)

• All GWP promotions on the website apply to selected products as per Kiong Joung Hardware Sdn Bhd GWP promotion banners.
• Free gifts are limited to 1 gift per transaction/order.
• In order to be eligible for a GWP, a customer’s basket value must be above the minimum spending after all vouchers have been applied.
• All free gifts are not exchangeable for cash or any other gift.
• No exchange or refund will be issued for GWP items due to being damaged upon arrival.
