REXCO 81 CARB & INJECTOR CLEANER 500ml

Quickly dissolves gum, varnish, dirt & carbon deposits on :
- Carburetor & linkage
- Throttle Body
- Choke
- Manifold Heat Control Valve
- PCV Valve
- Injector

DIRECTION :
With the engine running and the engine speed is low, remove the air filter while spraying the REXCO 81 liquid into the combustion chamber and clean the dirt from the fuel intake chamber to the engine combustion chamber.

Carburetor and Linkage: With the engine off and cool, remove the air filter and spray REXCO 81 to the entire exterior surface of carburetor including linkage. Avoid spraying electrical connections. After carburetor fries, start the engine and spray REXCO 81 down the carburetor throat to remove the deposits from the lower throttle plate area.

Automatic Choke: With engine off, spray REXCO 81 on both ends of the choke valve and corresponding linkage while opening and closing choke by hand.

Manifold Heat Control Valve: With engine cool, spray REXCO 81 on both ends of the heat control valve shaft. Move counterweight up and down until the valve moves freely. If necessary, tap gently with a light hammer to loosen a frozen heat control valve.

PVC Valve: Disconnect the crankcase side of the PVC valve and with the engine running, spray REXCO 81 into the open end of the valve while working the plunger back and forth.

CAUTIONS :
Flammable. Vapor Harmful. Use in well-ventilated area. Keep away from heat source, sparks (including those from electrical equipment) and flames. May cause eye and skin irritation. Do not breathe vapors. Do not swallow.

First Aid : 
In case of eye and skin contact, wash with water for 15 minutes. If swallowed do not induce vomiting. If tooo much is breathed remove to fresh air. For severe overexposure get medical attention immediately. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
