The 9.5W Philips LED Scene Switch bulb is a 2-in-1 LED bulb offering Cool Daylight and Warm White output in a single light bulb.

Simply switch it on and it defaults to Cool Daylight (White Light). Switch it off then back on again and your bulb will be Warm White. Initial colour will be reset to Cool Daylight if switched off for more than 6 seconds.
