"SAWADA" CAR PUTTY 3.5 Kg BROWN

1. Remove all loose paint, rust, grease, and roughen surfaces.

2.Place putty on a non-porous board and mix hardener to the putty (100:2). The best technique is to use an applicator to fold and flatten putty until an even color mix is obtained.

3. In this way ,material will be workable for 10 minutes at room temperature. The setting time may be reduced by using more hardener, however ration of hardener should never be less than (100:2) or more.

4. Where the deep filling is required for best results fill slightly below surface level and apply second coat immediately after the first coat has gelled. If first coat is allowed to cure sanding is advisable.

5. Remove to surface after 20 to 30 minutes with with file of sander before painting.

6. Always use a clean towel to remove the putty from the container.
